Canton BBQ is a kind of traditional Chinese food that is both delicious and looks good. It’s part of Cantonese cuisine and includes, but is not limited to, Roast BBQ Duck, Roast Suckling Pig, BBQ Pork and a series of marinated foods.
The traditional method of cooking Canton BBQ requires to first marinate meat in a specific flavour sauce for several hours, then heat it in the oven. The amount of heating time is key. An experienced chef could control the time exactly to make sure the food has crisp skin and tender meat. Canton BBQ has a special kind of sweet flavour that every Cantonese never forgets.
